This is an active cultural tour involving daily walking (2–4 miles per day), stairs, cobblestone streets, and some uphill terrain. Guests should be comfortable being on their feet for extended periods. Optional spa and island day allows for a slower pace.
You’ll stay in carefully selected 3–4 star boutique hotels or historic guesthouses with ensuite bathrooms, character, and comfort. Expect local flair, walkable locations, and thoughtful amenities. Wi-Fi included in all rooms.
Yes. A limited number of private rooms are available for a supplemental fee. Contact us early to reserve a single occupancy room.
Comfortable walking shoes, layers for warm days and cool evenings, a day bag, swimwear (for spa or beach), a reusable water bottle, and any personal medications. A full packing guide will be sent closer to departure.
No-feel free to include your non-female companion. While many of our trips are women-centered, this tour is open to all adults who value thoughtful, cultural travel in a small group setting.
Yes, within reason. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary needs in advance. We work with local partners who are experienced in accommodating vegetarian, gluten-free, and other common requests.
Absolutely. While we offer daily activities, each guest can opt out of any experience. There's a built-in “Choose Your Adventure” day and flexible free time throughout.
The tour begins and ends in Palermo, Sicily. More details will are available shortly.
You have two main options for arrival:
Option A:
Fly into Palermo International Airport
Fly directly into Palermo. A group airport transfer is included on arrival day/ Additional transportation can be arranged upon request.
Option B: You can fly into Rome, Naples or other airports in Italy and then take another flight direct to Palermo.
We’re happy to assist with extra nights or post-tour suggestions. Just let us know as early as possible to ensure availability.
A deposit secures your place. The balance can be paid in installments or in full. Payment can be made by Credit Card or Personal Check. Payment in full must be made 60 days prior to the start of the tour. Space is limited to keep the experience intimate, so we encourage early booking.
